Led by general counsel Paolo Fabiani and senior corporate lawyer Claudia Brighittini, the legal team of four works by streams of skills, separated in the areas of corporate M&A, contracts and technologies such as IP-data and protection IT. The legal team assists the company in the development, namely, new business lines of cloud computing, new technologies and compliance.
