Career Biography

I am a focused professional with over 20 years of experience and proven acquisition and administrative law knowledge. In 2013, I started my career in the Registry of Commerce where I had the chance to increase my knowledge about the Mercantile Legislation; I reviewed legal acts that need to be registered before that governmental agency, such as articles of incorporation, amendment of bylaws, M&A, dissolution and liquidation processes, etc. In addition, I had the opportunity to act on behalf of the Registry of Commerce in a committee that was integrated to amend books one and two of the Code of Commerce. I have been a speaker at conferences related to corporate matters. After ten years at the Registry of Commerce, in 2013 I was selected to start at Hanesbrands as paralegal of the associate general counsel for LATAM. In time, I was promoted and, after almost twelve years, I am now legal counsel for Latin America and compliance officer in money laundering for El Salvador.

In addition, I have performed as a Professor at the Superior School of Economy and Business (Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios) from 2016 to 2020.
