Career Biography

I have more than 25 years of experience as inhouse counsel in leading Italian companies with a global footprint across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. I love to play a pivotal role in shaping the legal and strategic direction of the company, ensuring its continued growth and compliance in a dynamic and highly competitive industry.

I oversee all legal matters, including commercial agreements, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and litigation. However, my primary focus lies in cross-border transactions and complex commercial negotiations, which are critical to the brand’s global expansion and partnerships.

As specialist in contract law, compliance and M&A, I have led the legal aspects of multiple successful strategic alliances that have helped the company enter new markets, diversify its product offerings and enhance its global presence. I am also deeply involved in corporate sustainability, ethical sourcing and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) compliance, ensuring the brand aligns with modern standards of corporate responsibility. In Geox, I am proud to have worked with my team in achieving the following goals: implementation of new business models in the retail and distribution network in Russia, China, Poland, Azerbaijan and Czech Republic; successful negotiations of one of the biggest insurance claim in Italy; restructuring of the whole retail channel (renegotiations of leases, litigations and extraordinary procedures through out of court and in court proceedings for a total saving of 20.000.000 Euro).

Prior to joining Geox Spa, I held senior legal positions in multinational corporations of the consumer goods sector. Such diverse background allows me to navigate the intersection of law and global commerce with fluency and confidence. I strongly believe that an inhouse counsel has to combine a business oriented mind with deep legal insights, in order to assess not just legal risks but also the broader commercial implications of any strategic move. I believe to have the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical, actionable advice for the executive team. My leadership is marked by a collaborative approach, fostering strong internal partnerships with finance, operations, commercial and marketing departments to embed legal strategy across all business functions. With a blend of legal precision, strategic thinking and passion, my goal is to continue to be a driving force behind companies evolution in the international market.
