What are the key projects that you have been involved in over the past 12 months?

Over the past 12 months, our team has been involved in a number of high-impact projects in what has been a hugely productive year. We achieved a lot across a wide range of areas, reflecting the demands of a dynamic sector and a company that is constantly evolving.

Our work included major commercial transactions, most notably a landmark reciprocal agreement for the exchange of premium sports content between the country’s two leading pay-TV platforms, as well as agreements for the provision of fiber-to-the-home services, that will accelerate the digital transformation of the country. Our work also included key regulatory initiatives aimed at enabling digital transformation and better outcomes for Greek consumers and significant litigation projects, in which we achieved successful outcomes that safeguarded the company’s interests in complex disputes

We also launched a new set of innovative services, where we ensured full compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory requirements from the early design phase through to market entry.

Finally, we supported the negotiation and completion of major loan agreements, critical to accelerating the rollout of our next-generation fiber network.

These projects reflect a broad scope of legal and strategic work, with a focus on enabling growth, ensuring compliance, and protecting the company’s long-term interests.

What is a cause, business or otherwise, that you are passionate about?

I’m passionate about leadership that is grounded in empathy, inclusiveness, and empowerment. For me, the environment and culture within a team are just as important as the outcomes we deliver. I care deeply about creating a space where people feel seen, respected, and where all voices are genuinely heard.

I’m also passionate about empowering people, through trust, purposeful delegation, and providing the right balance of support and autonomy so that they can grow, take ownership, and thrive. Seeing people step into new challenges with confidence and develop into trusted advisers is one of the most rewarding aspects of leadership.

What also drives me is being part of my company’s success. That’s why I believe so strongly in building a legal team that is fully embedded within the business — not just supporting it, but also actively contributing to its growth and direction. For me, a high-performing legal function is one that is proactive, commercially minded, and trusted by stakeholders. This means speaking the language of the business, understanding the context behind every legal question, and offering robust legal solutions that unlock progress. I encourage my team to be collaborative and constructive in their engagement with internal clients, without, of course, undermining the soundness of their legal advice. When Legal is seen not as a gatekeeper, but as a business enabler, we add real value — and that’s the kind of impact I’m passionate about achieving.
