Career Biography

Taciana Fazzolari is a highly accomplished executive with deep expertise in legal affairs, government relations, and compliance. With over 20 years of experience across Latin America, she has developed a robust skill set in commercial transactions, critical negotiations, competition law, regulatory affairs, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), international trade and customs, and public policy. Her career is distinguished by a proven ability to lead complex strategies while upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical business practices in fast-paced, highly regulated industries.

As Senior Regional Director (LATAM) at Hasbro, Taciana manages cross-border transactions and provides strategic counsel on employment law, union negotiations, consumer protection regulations (including recalls and withdrawals), partnerships, and international trade and customs matters. She is known for her ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and has played a key role in adapting operations to regional regulatory changes, including labour and tax reforms, while ensuring alignment with compliance and business integrity principles.

Her expertise extends to intellectual property, data privacy and protection, environmental regulations, and compliance, enabling companies to address legal challenges effectively. Taciana has successfully led initiatives securing multimillion-dollar tax incentives, recovering significant tax credits, and influencing regulatory changes across Latin America, particularly in Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina.

Previously, Taciana held senior leadership roles at Nestlé and Arcor, where she provided strategic guidance on M&A, compliance, litigation, regulatory matters, and international trade operations. She has been instrumental in promoting transparency and ethical standards within organisations, as well as representing Hasbro in key industry associations and regulatory forums.

Taciana served as a Council Member of CONAR for five years and was the Director of the Data Protection, Privacy & AI Commission (Children & Youth) at OAB/SP, where she contributed to advancing ethical standards in advertising, data protection, and emerging technologies. She holds an LL.B. from PUC-SP and has participated in university extension programs in Business Administration (FGV-SP), Competition Law (King’s College London), Regulatory Law (UnB), Intellectual Property (IBMEC), Contracts (GVLaw/SP), and Consumer Protection (PUC/SP). Taciana is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
