Sustainability is integrated into our legal and governance frameworks through Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) alignment and transparent ESG reporting. The legal team ensures compliance with EU supply chain due diligence standards and supports the general counsel in embedding sustainability into corporate strategy.

What do you see as the major legal challenges for businesses in Switzerland over the next five years, and how are you preparing to address them?

One of the major legal challenges ahead is the integration and regulation of AI technologies. We are proactively developing in-house legal frameworks to address ethical use, data privacy, and compliance, positioning ourselves to navigate future regulatory landscapes effectively.
