Career Biography

Desislava Stankova-Bogoeva is a multi-faceted corporate lawyer with over a decade of experience in the ICT sector across EMEA. She has developed deep expertise through diverse roles that have allowed her to manage all legal aspects a company faces in the business world – from contract drafting to M&A, from corporate governance to litigation.

As Director & Sr. Legal Counsel for Ingram Micro in the META&UK region, Stankova-Bogoeva leads the legal function and serves as the primary legal advisor to senior business leaders across more than 10 jurisdictions, collaborating with a team of four lawyers. She also serves as a board member in a publicly listed entity in Turkey, further broadening her corporate governance experience.

Stankova-Bogoeva holds a master’s in law and technology from Tilburg University, Netherlands, and is currently pursuing an Executive LLM at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. This academic background, combined with her practical experience, enables her to navigate the increasingly complex intersection of technology and legal frameworks.

Having lived and worked in four countries across three continents, Stankova-Bogoeva brings a global perspective to her role and cherishes opportunities to travel and learn from diverse cultures.
