Developing legal talent within an organisation goes far beyond simply imparting technical knowledge. In my team, professional growth begins with a fundamental principle: before being lawyers, we are human beings — with aspirations, challenges, and dreams. That’s why my approach is built on closeness and daily interaction, fostering an environment where each person can discover and enhance their skills with confidence.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building strong legal teams, made up of professionals who have grown and taken on their own challenges. This experience has taught me that an attorney’s success isn’t defined solely by technical expertise but by soft skills — communication, empathy, negotiation, and the ability to persuade. In a world where technology and artificial intelligence are now tangible, democratised realities, what will truly set future lawyers apart is their capacity to inspire, lead, and build meaningful connections.
