Career Biography

Iryna Colter is the general counsel for Pura Vida Miami, a restaurant group and lifestyle brand with current locations in Florida, New York and California, where she oversees the legal affairs for the brand’s extensive portfolio of venues. As a former real estate and corporate law partner with top-tier law firms and an extensive practice focusing on business law, commercial real estate, and corporate transactions, she provides the vital legal framework necessary for Pura Vida Miami’s national operations.

Prior to her current role, Iryna was a real estate partner at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and a real estate and corporate partner at Berger Singerman where she also managed the firm’s Business, Finance & Tax team.

Iryna holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law, a Master of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Georgia (summa cum laude, class valedictorian).
