Career Biography

Over the past years, my primary focus has been steering corporate operations within the private equity and real estate fund sectors. As fund sponsors face increasing regulatory scrutiny, heightened ESG expectations, and the challenge of integrating technology into regulatory frameworks, my team and I have led cross-functional collaboration, embraced regulatory foresight, and guided organisations through transformative change. The fund market has evolved significantly, and the focus of multinational clients has shifted. They now seek providers who can act as true extensions of their teams.

Accommodating this shift has been central to my role: smooth onboarding and fostering organic, trust-based client relationships are top priorities. A crucial part of achieving success lies in anticipating clients’ needs and considering all possible scenarios, starting from the investors’ perspective.

In today’s fast-changing regulatory environment, adaptability and agility have become essential soft skills for any corporate professional. They are critical for navigating complex transactions and delivering pragmatic solutions. Behind these achievements, however, stands the significant contribution of dedicated teams, whose effort and commitment I am deeply grateful for.
