Mr Amresh Kumar Trivedi has over 15 years’ experience in corporate legal affairs, with expertise in litigation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, patent and trade mark matters, regulatory compliance, high-stakes patent settlements, labour and HR laws, and matters under the Insecticides Act. He is part of the management team at Natco Pharma Limited. Prior to this, he held senior legal roles at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Reliance Industries Ltd. He has worked across sectors including pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, telecommunications, retail, petrochemicals, exploration and real estate.
