Career Biography

As deputy head of legal of Deutsche Bank, Paris Branch and senior legal counsel, Boulima provides innovative expert and strategic advice, proactively manages complex legal risks relating to ECM, DCM and M&A activities in France.

With over 20 years’ experience gained in private practice and in-house roles, Imene is recognised as an influential in-house counsel.

Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Paris branch, Boulima worked in private practice for A&O Paris’ ICM department and in-house counsel for Société Générale. Imène also spent few years at the Autorités des Marchés Financiers as senior control officer.

Imene joined Deutsche Bank in 2015 and has had since the opportunity of working on many incredibly rewarding transactions and matters across the scope of her responsibilities.
