What are the most significant cases, projects and/or transactions that you and/or your legal team have recently been involved in?

One of my most meaningful achievements as General Counsel has been leading the transformation of our legal team into a more agile, collaborative, and business-focused function. I have concentrated on building a team with complementary profiles, ensuring that each member contributes distinct strengths and perspectives. Equally, I have prioritised developing a team capable of operating confidently and strategically across multiple jurisdictions, breaking down silos so that members can collaborate fluidly across different areas of the business. This approach has significantly increased both our speed and effectiveness.

A crucial element of this transformation has been the strategic deployment of technology to automate routine tasks, allowing us to dedicate more time to high-value, business-critical work. This shift enables the team to focus on what truly drives impact.

Just as vital has been fostering a problem-solving mindset. I have worked to embed a culture where team members are not merely issue spotters but proactive business partners — professionals who anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and contribute directly to achieving tangible results.

What is a cause, business or otherwise, that you are passionate about? Why is this?

Time is the most valuable resource we possess, and my passion for watches stems from that belief. Beyond their craftsmanship and aesthetic appeal, watches represent precision, discipline, and the irreversibility of time — a constant reminder that every decision and every minute carries significance.
