Career Biography

She holds a Law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), graduating Magna Cum Laude. She has three master’s degrees: in Business Law and Economic Legislation (PUCMM), International Business and Foreign Trade (University of Barcelona, Spain), and Real Estate and Registry Law (UNIBE). With more than 15 years of experience in the corporate legal field within the financial sector, she has built a solid track record in real estate, contracts and trusts. From March 2013 until December 2024, she served as Manager of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at Fiduciaria Popular, S.A. She currently holds the position of Head of the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Division at the same entity.

She provides assistance in the legal management of the Trusts administered by Fiduciaria Popular, as well as in the drafting and preparation of the various legal instruments of the entity, in accordance with regulatory provisions and internal policies. She also oversees the updating of best practices in Corporate Governance within the company, ensuring the definition of principles and governance regulations, the proper management of decision-making bodies and the effective transparency of information.
