Career Biography

Dong Xiaoliang has previously worked at DeHeng Law Offices, CCB International Wealth Management Co., Ltd., China Life Wealth Management Co., Ltd., and China Life Asset Management Co., Ltd. She currently serves as General Manager of the Compliance and Legal Department at Huaxia Jiuying Asset Management Co., Ltd. Her past professional experience spans IPOs, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, private equity funds, fund subsidiaries, and insurance capital investments.

Since joining Huaxia Jiuying Asset Management Co., Ltd., Ms. Dong has led the Compliance and Legal Department in a comprehensive overhaul and standardisation of internal control systems, compliance culture, contract templates, review standards, lawyer selection, compliance training, risk screening, employee misconduct handling, and compliance systems. This effort has established a robust compliance management framework that is horizontally comprehensive and vertically thorough, embedding compliance principles into every aspect of the company’s decision-making and business operations. As a result, overall compliance awareness among employees has significantly improved, achieving a qualitative leap and providing strong support and assurance for Huaxia Jiuying’s lawful, compliant, and steady development.
