Guannan Wang serves as General Counsel and Vice President of CAR Inc., where she oversees three core functions: the Legal Department, the Investor Relations Department and the Government Affairs Department.

As General Counsel, she is responsible for all legal matters across the group, including engagement with government authorities and courts, contract management and oversight of litigation. Her primary focus is on financing-related legal affairs, covering domestic and overseas bond issuances, loan financing, and communication with investors.
