The number one challenge has been dealing with the instable geopolitical situation.
What would you say are the unique qualities required to be successful as an in-house lawyer in your industry?
Knowledge of the dynamics affecting the industry, an understanding of the business model and an awareness of the company’s strategic goals. This requires broader competencies than just knowledge of the law, which is of course a key prerequisite.
