James Joy has over
20 years of experience as an international corporate lawyer advising multinational businesses
in a variety of industries.
Joy joined biopharmaceutical company Kiadis Pharma in July 2018, and brings to the company extensive experience acquired from his previous roles as general counsel at the providers of electronically navigational charts, C-MAP, TomTom, and Royal Ahold.
Joy previously practiced law in New York and London with Latham & Watkins and Norton Rose Fulbright where he advised on the areas of technology, media and industrial clients on corporate finance and M&A.
