Career Biography

Reena Sidhu is a certified lawyer with over 2 decades of experience in corporate, commercial, and operational law. She began her career as a civil litigator before moving inhouse with one of the world’s largest integrated oil and gas service providers, where she successfully led and negotiated multi-million-dollar complex agreements with leading energy corporations across APAC, the Middle East, Europe, North America, and South America. She later transitioned into the aviation industry and now is the Head of Malaysia AirAsia where she leads the legal support across aviation and new business segments. Reena is known for her focus on talent development, operational excellence, and legal innovation. A former litigator and Legal 500 GC Powerlist honoree she equips legal teams to adapt, grow, and lead in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
