What do you see as the major legal challenges for businesses in Switzerland over the next five years, and how are you preparing to address them?

In my personal view the biggest legal challenges will stem from AI regulation, rising cyber-attack liability, and complex cross-border tax and trade compliance. General counsels should adopt a proactive stance by building AI governance frameworks, aligning cybersecurity with regulatory expectations, and strengthening cross-jurisdictional compliance systems.
