Career Biography

Daniella Ponce Rázuri is a lawyer with over twenty years of experience in legal and compliance leadership, specialising in corporate governance and regulatory sectors. Rázuri graduated in Law from the University of Lima and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Law from ESAN Graduate School of Business. She is a certified Compliance Officer by ASCOM, with expertise in corporate governance, crisis management, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Rázuri is a recognised speaker in corporate integrity and legal affairs forums and named among the top General Counsels in Peru by the Legal 500 Powerlist in 2023 and 2024.

Rázuri currently serves as Legal & Compliance Director at Grupo Prosegur, a global security leader operating in over 30 countries and reports directly to the Global Legal and Compliance Directors in Spain, leading a team of ten.

Rázuri previously worked as Legal Manager and Regulatory Compliance Officer at Mobile Financial Services, a Mastercard and Movistar joint venture for electronic money systems in Latin America. She reported to the General Manager and acted as Board Secretary and Regulatory Committee member.

Rázuri she also held the position of Deputy Legal Manager and Market Conduct Officer at Grupo Ripley, a Chilean-based financial retail corporation (2003-2025). Chaired the Market Conduct Officers Committee at the Peruvian Banking Association (2013-2015).

Notable Achievements:

Led major regional M&A transactions, including the integration of Grupo Proval in Central America (2018) and Transportadora Ecuatoriana de Valores (2020-2021).

Implemented corporate compliance programs across Latin America, strengthening regulatory adherence and ethical business practices.

Served as Regional Compliance Coordinator for Latin America, ensuring alignment with global corporate standards.

Led the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification process for Prosegur Perú in 2024, making it the first country within the Group to achieve this certification.
