In his role at Dibber, together with the rest of the organisation, he has built functions and teams that support the various businesses of Dibber globally with everything legal and sustainability (including compliance). He has summarised about what he believes has contributed to the successful outcome and the way forward: “We work hard to be ‘cognitive’. We shall always be aware of the internal and external factors and stakeholders that are relevant to the advice and other assistance we provide, as well as our own strategic and tactical planning. We work hard to be ‘business-minded’. We shall make sure legal and sustainability are business development and not impediment. We work hard to be ‘true support’. We shall make sure our involvement makes everyone and everything we support better. We have come a long way in just a few years and are looking forward to contribute to our primary and support activities being at their best at all times.”
