Eduardo Morandé is Vice President and Counsel at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in New York, where he advises on debt finance transactions across the Americas, with a particular focus on Latin America.

With over 10 years of experience in project finance, he is regularly involved in complex cross-border financings within the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice also encompasses corporate finance, leveraged finance, and trade finance.

Eduardo holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Laws from Columbia University. He is dual-qualified to practice in New York and Chile.
