What are the key projects that you have been involved in over the past 12 months?
I have been involved in many key projects including business development and expansion into new territories, supporting our Consult & AI practice in providing first class services to customers including new Agentic AI Framework solutions; supporting our advance delivery organisation in delivering modern IT services; and providing thought leadership worldwide on topics of AI and Law.
How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
The number one rule to approach legal aspects in a period of instability is to plan well. Careful planning of budget, resources, and alignment with business needs is key to proactively managing a crisis. At the same time, resiliency plans and crisis management team formation and training will help legal align with the broader strategy in times of crisis.
What do you think are the most important attributes for a modern in-house counsel to possess?
A modern in-house counsel must understand the business they operate in, provide practical advice and continuously monitor latest trends and adopt them such as tech and AI. At the same time, go through constant training to develop their skills and keep up to date with the competition.
