Career Biography

As General Counsel for Beiersdorf Middle East and Turkey, I lead the Legal & Compliance function across the MENA and Turkey regions. I am a member of the Middle East Leadership Team and serve as the MENA Local Compliance Officer.

My role involves providing strategic legal advice on corporate and transactional matters, supporting day-to-day business operations, and guiding senior management on risk mitigation. I review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements, and manage litigation and dispute resolution.

I oversee the implementation of compliance programs across all MENA affiliates, including regulatory guidance, reporting, and training on competition and antitrust laws. I also advise on marketing claims, regulatory risks, and strategic initiatives.

With a strong focus on enabling business growth while ensuring legal integrity, I work closely with cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory environments and support sustainable decision-making.
