The current legal and political context of our country are very complex at the time, distrust is growing, and the rule of law is less and less respected. This affects us directly because of our profession, and collectively as a society in all sectors. Now we must innovate in our areas of expertise, the environment has changed, and the business demands greater results. In time of crises, we must do more with less. Litigation strategies are changing, now we have to prioritise tax compliance and contingency prevention more than trials; in many cases this saves us time and money, which translates into a business factor for the organisation.
