Ashraf A. M. Abdallah is a distinguished legal professional with more than two decades of experience across Egypt, Kuwait, the UAE, and the wider Gulf region. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at Prime Group General Trading, he is widely recognised for his deep legal insight, strategic leadership, and unwavering professionalism. Throughout his career, he has advised leading corporations, handled complex international transactions, and built compliance systems that reflect both precision and integrity.

Mr. Abdallah began his legal journey at Ain Shams University, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws and two Master of Laws degrees in Private Law and International Trade Law. He later pursued doctoral research at Cairo University, focusing on Commercial Law and International Trade Contracts, a field that continues to define his expertise. His academic achievements laid the foundation for a career marked by discipline, balance, and intellectual depth. Before his current role, Mr. Abdallah served as Chief Legal Officer at AMCO (Advanced Method Co.) and as Senior Legal Advisor at Al-Zahem International Group. Earlier in his career, he worked with several respected law offices in Cairo and Kuwait, including Dr. Zaki Hashem & Partners, where he gained valuable experience in litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory work.

He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association with rights before the Supreme Court of Cassation, as well as a member of the London International Arbitrators Association, the Union of Arab Lawyers, and the Egyptian Association of International Law. As an authorised Patent Agent and Trademark Attorney, he has also contributed significantly to the field of intellectual property and innovation law.
