Bio

Minna Raitanen joined Rovio Entertainment in 2012 as senior legal counsel and has served as general counsel since 2016, overseeing all legal and compliance matters within the Rovio Group. She is a member of Rovio’s leadership team and the secretary of the board of directors.

Minna has played a key role in major corporate milestones, including leading the legal track of Rovio’s €700mn acquisition by Sega Europe Limited in 2023. She also guided the company through its initial public offering (IPO) in 2017, transitioning its governance from a private to a publicly listed company.

Prior to Rovio, Minna was senior legal counsel at Nokia Siemens Networks Oy and Nokia Oyj (2005–2012) and worked as an attorney-at-law at Veikko Palotie & Co (2000–2004).
