Yes, risk profiles are changing. Especially in this part of America, organised crime and money laundering is forcing companies to modify their profiles. The legal and/or Compliance departments are adjusting their manuals, policies, and equipping themselves with technological tools to prevent reputational risks or even more serious issues like money laundering and similar crimes.

Definitely, it is the topic of compliance. The trend in managing compliance policies through legal departments is growing. In-house lawyers must prepare to become Compliance Officers and lead prevention campaigns in compliance matters.
