Attorney with over 20 years of experience across Latin America, recognised for combining legal rigor with a strategic business vision. She has led legal initiatives that drive sustainable businesses, with particular emphasis on the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Her professional track record includes structuring operations and projects primarily in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Panama, and Ecuador, as well as directing the legal strategy for international transactions, among them: the sale of Gómez Cajiao y Asociados (2018), Summum Energy (2021), Summum Projects in Colombia (2022), and Summum Projects in Mexico (2024).

Key achievements include: legal structuring and negotiation of the successful reprofiling of a syndicated loan of US$32mn, under conditions that facilitated its performance and full repayment; design and implementation of the legal strategy that ensured the continuity of the PMC contract during the EPC phase of one of the region’s most significant refineries.

As leader of the corporate sustainability model, she has consolidated four strategic pillars: corporate governance, profitable and responsible operations, innovation and competitiveness, and talent development.
