Erika Quiñones is a distinguished lawyer specialising in Labour and Social Security Law, with extensive experience in multinational companies. Since 2021, she has played a crucial role at Clarios, a global leader in battery manufacturing. Currently, as Counsel for the Andean region and LATAM Labour and Employment Subject Matter Expert, she provides strategic legal support on various labour matters across LATAM, in addition to coordinating practices and projects in the region.

In her current role, Erika has established Clarios’ legal strategy in the Andean region, leading a regional team and managing operational risks in countries such as Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Chile.

Before joining Clarios, Erika worked for over a decade at Ingredion Colombia S.A., where she held key roles in the legal department and drove significant internal transformations. Erika is a member of the Colombian Bar Association for Labour and Social Security Law, holds a specialisation in Labour and Social Security Law from Universidad Icesi, a law degree from Universidad San Buenaventura Cali, and a Business Administration degree with a focus on banking and finance from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

In addition to her distinguished professional career, Erika enjoys dancing, travelling, cinema, volleyball, and reading, demonstrating a well-rounded approach to both her personal and professional life.
