Dr GAO Huandong is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Lenovo Group, as well as General Counsel of Lenovo China. He currently oversees the Legal and Compliance Department of Lenovo China and leads the development and implementation of Lenovo Group’s comprehensive compliance frameworks and programmes (including ESG) within China.

Dr Gao was named the ‘Greater China Most Influential General Counsel Award’ recipient in 2023 and 2025 by Chambers, and was included in the ‘GC 500 Power-List China 2024’. He also serves as an arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration Commission/Beijing International Arbitration Court and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
