Qiaoli Song is Compliance Vice President and General Counsel of Naura, a leading Chinese semiconductor equipment manufacturer. She holds dual qualifications as a Certified Patent Agent and a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate, and has an applied physics background with over twenty years of R&D and management experience in the semiconductor industry. As an inventor, she has filed dozens of domestic and international patents. She established Naura’s intellectual property and export control systems from scratch.
Her notable credentials and awards include serving as an expert panelist at the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), recognition as a Leading Talent in China’s Patent Information, membership of the Intellectual Property Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), recognition as an Outstanding Intellectual Property Manager of China, membership of the Expert Committee of the Beijing Intellectual Property Strategy Institute, and selection as one of the Top 10 Outstanding General Counsels by WeLegal.
She also served as a People’s Juror of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court from 2015 to 2025. The LED case she participated in was rated as one of the Top 10 typical cases involving people’s assessors in the Supreme People’s Court. As a representative of the People’s Jurors, she attended the Supreme People’s Court press conference and gave an on-site interview to journalists.
