What projects are you most proud to have worked on over the past 12 months?

I would highlight the acquisition of BNY Trust Company of Canada, as lead internal counsel, supporting the transaction throughout the entire phase beginning with due diligence, to completion, and throughout integration.

Have you had any experiences during your career as a lawyer that stand out as particularly unique or interesting?

I have significant international experience, having worked at the London, U.K. office of a major international law firm for a number of years, where I worked on multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions and energy/infrastructure projects in Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

How does your team contribute to the overall business strategy of the company?

Our team’s goals and objectives are aligned with those of the overall goals and objectives for Computershare. We are intentional about learning what is important to the business lines we support, so that we can be a trusted advisor and partner to the key stakeholders around the company.
