Career Biography

Mag.a Patricia Leeb is an experienced corporate lawyer with a sharp strategic mind, strong intercultural competence, and a distinct focus on pragmatic legal advisory within international corporate structures. Since 2024, she has served as Lead Counsel CEE and Regional Compliance Officer at TÜV SÜD, where she oversees legal advisory and compliance management for ten subsidiaries across Central and Eastern Europe. Her work is characterised by legal precision, a deep understanding of business dynamics, and clear, effective communication with leadership and operational teams.

Before joining TÜV SÜD, Patricia held various senior legal roles at a global fashion company. As Head of Legal Region East & Expansion AT, EE, she was responsible for seven subsidiaries across Austria, Eastern Europe, Greece, Turkey, and the Middle East. Her scope of work included legal strategy, site profitability analysis, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and business expansion planning. She led a multidisciplinary team and advised management, stakeholders, and international partners on a wide range of commercial, employment, corporate, and real estate matters.

Among her most prestigious recognitions is her inclusion in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Austria (2022) and her team’s recognition in 2023 – affirming both her legal expertise and her leadership acumen. Her department was also nominated as “Best Legal Department” in 2022 by Promoting the Best, Women in Law, and the Association of Austrian In-House Lawyers.

Beyond her corporate counsel roles, Patricia is a certified mediator, registered under the Austrian Civil Mediation Act. Her commitment to conflict resolution, combined with advanced certifications in compliance, employment law, and real estate law, makes her a trusted advisor on complex legal and strategic matters.

With fluency in German and English and a foundation in Swedish, she navigates multilingual and multicultural environments with ease.
