Last year, my team and I managed the legal aspects (including leasing) of CA Immo’s €5bn real estate portfolio and completed the sale of buildings and companies (including an MBO) worth nearly €200m. Over the past 15 years, we have provided in-house legal support for the development and refurbishment of property projects worth €3.5bn.

In addition to these core functions, CA Immo was one of the last two bidders in the ‘historic’ Austrian BUWOG privatisation case, which the Supreme Court recently ruled was manipulated by the former finance minister in exchange for bribes, to the detriment of CA Immo.

For more than ten years, I have had the privilege of being responsible for enforcing our claims for billions of euros in damages, by joining the criminal proceedings as a third party and pursuing our claims through the civil courts.
