Career Biography

Erika Díaz Ulloa is the General Counsel & Compliance Officer for the LATAM Zone at L’Oréal. With a Master’s degree from Garrigues in Spain, her expertise lies in designing and managing global compliance policies, including Anti-Corruption, Data Privacy, and Antitrust. Her career includes roles at major companies like Bayer, Panasonic, and Ernst & Young. Erika is an active member of Women in Compliance and was recognised as “Compliance Officer of the Year” in 2021 and named one of the “Most Influential Female Lawyers in Mexico” in 2023.
