Bio

Lawyer specialising in labour law, graduated in 2013 from the University of Montevideo. I joined H&M in 2018, where I was one of the first employees in Uruguay, leading the company’s labour start-up in the country.

I currently work as People Relations Manager for Chile, Peru and Uruguay, based in Santiago since 2023. I manage individual and collective labour relations, ensuring regulatory compliance in each market and aligning local practices with global policies.

I have led successful collective bargaining negotiations and strategic projects that balance business needs with employee well-being, always with a focus on putting people at the centre of every decision.
