Agustina Pérez Comenale is a distinguished legal professional specializing in legal and regulatory matters in Latin America, with a strong academic background and extensive experience in digital law, emerging technologies, and virtual assets. She currently leads part of the regulatory legal team for LATAM, advising across various jurisdictions in the region and actively participating in the development of public policy.

She holds postgraduate studies and master’s degrees related to technology, and her thesis focused on Smart Legal Contracts and their impact on the legal field. Agustina has served as a consultant on multiple legislative projects in the region, related to virtual assets, blockchain, personal data protection, artificial intelligence, and other key areas of technological innovation.
