Career biography
Nicole Olsman leads Legal, Integrity and Sustainability at Linxon, a global joint venture between AtkinsRéalis and Hitachi Energy. At Linxon, Nicole built the company’s legal and ethics frameworks from the ground up. She leads a global team managing EPC projects worth approximately $1 bn. and serves on the Executive Management Team.
Originally from Canada, Nicole began her legal career at Gowling WLG before holding senior roles at Amec Foster Wheeler and SNC-Lavalin. She is known for negotiating complex infrastructure contracts and advising on risk, claims and corporate governance across EPC/EPCM and PPP projects. Nicole holds a JD from Queen’s University, an MSc from the University of Oxford and a BES in Environmental Studies and Financial Economics from the University of Waterloo.
Fluent in multiple languages, Nicole brings a multicultural perspective to global negotiations. She has served as a mentor and board member, dedicated to developing future legal leaders, and is currently the ACC Country Representative in Switzerland. Her career has spanned continents and disciplines, marked by strategic leadership, cross-functional expertise and a commitment to innovation.
