Can you give us an insight into what you and the team have been working on in the past year?

This year was another interesting and eventful year. We completed a merger of 2 listed telecom companies in Indonesia that involved unique legal issues and considerations. The team also managed to complete a divestment from another country that has been the subject of sanctions. These transactions require an appreciation and consideration of issues outside of legal sphere that if not managed accordingly, can result in the transactions falling. The team also advised our colleagues on the ethical use of AI in the workplace and testing out the different AI services that are available.
