Career Biography

Serene Lee is the General Counsel of Revantage Asia Pacific, a Blackstone portfolio company that provides corporate services supporting Blackstone’s real estate investments across the region.

Appointed in 2019 as Revantage’s first legal hire in Asia, Serene built and scaled the legal and compliance function from inception into a 25-member regional team based in Singapore, Australia, and India. She has played a key role in Revantage’s evolution from a start-up environment into a mature business with more than 100 employees, supporting its rapid regional expansion across Asia Pacific. A member of Revantage’s regional leadership team, Serene has led the organization through significant transitions, including new service launches and workforce development.

Prior to Revantage, Serene served as legal counsel with Partners Group, advising on multi-jurisdictional private equity transactions, and began her career in corporate M&A with Wong & Partners, the Malaysian member firm of Baker McKenzie.
