Career Biography

My 25-year legal career commenced with two years in private practice, followed by 23 dedicated years as an in-house counsel. During this time, I have provided comprehensive legal guidance to multinational corporations across a diverse array of industries including cement, manufacturing, FMCG, technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, and now in beauty industry as Chief Legal Officer of L’Oreal Indonesia. This broad, hands-on experience has profoundly shaped my perspective as an in-house counsel and my leadership approach as President of the Indonesia Corporate Counsel Association (“ICCA”) since 2024, preparing me for my upcoming role as Secretary General of the Asia Pacific Corporate Counsel Alliance (APCCA) from January 1, 2026. This journey has not only augmented my expertise but also provided unique insight into the evolving challenges and strategic opportunities for in-house legal professionals.
