What are the most significant cases and/or transactions that you have been involved in over the past year?

Over the past year, the legal department has had the privilege of being at the forefront of achieving key milestones for the Qiddiya project, playing a central role in the successful negotiation and structuring of groundbreaking transactions. Most notably were the Dragon Ball Theme Park and AMG World of Performance transactions.

I am deeply passionate about, and focused on, mentoring and inspiring team members to reach their full potential and on fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability and high-performance because they create a dynamic and empowering environment that is both joyful and rewarding to work in.
