Among the major projects to which I have made significant contributions are the successful transformation of the operational model for service stations; the implementation of a new loyalty programme for customers at service stations; acting as M&A project lead for the acquisition of a service station network and subsequent legal merger; providing full legal assistance and consultancy for the transfer of the real estate portfolio of one of the largest banks in Romania; leading the spin-off of a major player in the real estate development sector; and participating in the development of major real estate projects, including two shopping malls and two office buildings in Bucharest, a residential project, and several shopping centre extensions.
