Giuliana Perea Zegarra is a seasoned corporate lawyer with over 14 years of experience advising companies in the energy and services sectors. As Senior Lawyer at ContourGlobal, she leads legal strategy in Peru, handling complex contract negotiations, corporate governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. She has played a key role in project due diligence, LTSAs, and corporate structuring, while also supporting cross-border operations in Colombia and Chile. Known for her proactive and results-oriented approach, Giuliana combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of civil, corporate, contractual, and registry law. She is a member of the Peruvian Bar and holds a law degree from Universidad Católica de Santa María.
