Conrad Eberemu is a seasoned legal executive with more than twenty years of strategic leadership across the energy industry, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. As Head of Legal and Compliance at Bellpoint Energy Limited, he combines deep regulatory insight with a pragmatic, business‑driven approach, guiding the organisation through complex legal landscapes while strengthening its governance and risk‑management frameworks. His work is defined by an ability to turn legal strategy into commercial advantage, ensuring that compliance, contracting, and intellectual property protection are fully aligned with long‑term business goals.

Before joining Bellpoint Energy, Conrad served as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser at Conoil Plc, where he oversaw governance structures, statutory obligations, and regulatory engagement for one of Nigeria’s leading energy companies. His earlier leadership at Vigeo Holdings saw him directing legal operations and risk governance across multiple subsidiaries, further cementing his reputation as a trusted adviser capable of steering organisations through evolving regulatory environments.

Throughout his career, Conrad has delivered measurable impact by enhancing regulatory adherence, optimising contract negotiation and management, and safeguarding corporate assets through robust IP stewardship. He has successfully led high‑value commercial negotiations, managed disputes through litigation and alternative resolution mechanisms, and built strong relationships with regulators, boards, and external counsel. Conrad holds an LLM from the University of Lagos, a BL from the Nigerian Law School in Abuja, and an LL.B (Hons) from Ambrose Alli University.
