Graduated with a degree in Business Law, Maryam Charrat began her professional career in 2000 by joining the Managem Group, one of Morocco’s leading mining companies. From the outset, she was involved in strategic projects aimed at supporting the group’s international development. She played a key role in establishing the group’s subsidiaries in West and Central Africa and structuring the legal frameworks related to mergers and acquisitions. Her expertise and dedication helped strengthen Managem’s presence across the African continent.

In 2014, Maryam Charrat joined Addoha Group, the leading Moroccan real estate company, where she contributed to the national and international expansion of the business. Her work involved negotiating contracts and supporting development operations, further solidifying Addoha’s position as a major player in the real estate sector in Morocco and Africa.

In 2020, Maryam Charrat took a new direction in her career by joining Marjane Group, the leading Moroccan retail company, as Legal Director—a pivotal role in the group’s strategic initiatives. She is instrumental in the legal structuring of activities related to retail, commercial real estate, and digitalisation, contributing to the modernisation and optimisation of the group’s operations.
