A French qualified lawyer (Université Paris II Assas), Leïla Bazzi has built a rich and diverse career within multinational companies in key sectors such as the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. As Legal Director and later Ethics and Compliance Director overseeing operations in over 100 countries, she stands out for her leadership, strategic expertise, and ability to bring people together.

Passionate about diversity, professional equality, and women’s leadership, she initiates and leads impactful projects to make professional equality a driver of sustainable transformation. By combining legal expertise, CSR strategy, and ESG impact, she strives to demonstrate that inclusion and gender diversity are not only legal obligations or moral imperatives, but also powerful engines for sustainable performance, innovation, and value creation.

As the founder of a women’s network, host of the Shape Your Career podcast, and former leader of a network of 10,000 employees, she has contributed to concrete strategies to strengthen diversity, reduce biases, and transform organizational practices.
