What are the projects that you are most proud of working on over the past 12 months?
What I am most proud of over the past 12 months is the successful completion of our major refinancing initiative, known internally as Project OMEGA. This involved the complex and ambitious €1.2 billion refinancing of our platform. It was a tremendous collaborative effort requiring months of dedication, coordination across teams, and deep legal insight. Achieving such a result, in a challenging market context, was a significant milestone for both the legal department and the wider organisation.

What do you think is the greatest innovation you have enacted in the past year?
The introduction of an internal delegation of authorities has been the most impactful innovation within our legal function over the past year. This system was designed to increase efficiency and responsiveness throughout the business.
